    1/3 Scale Rutan Q.A.C. Quickie Plans, Templates
    and Instructions
    You are bidding on a new set of plans for a 1/3 Scale Rutan Q.A.C. Quickie. It includes the Plans and templates/patterns for cutting the parts for this great looking and unusual airplane. Building instructions are also included. Construction is balsa and ply fuselage with foam core wings. Although this is 1/3 scale, the full size plane is so small the 1/3 scale model only uses a .40 size glow engine. This is one of the smallest 1/3 scale models you will ever build. This plane could easily be converted to use electric power as well. Other plans are for sale too. I'll be listing them as I pull them out.

    ; both the front and rear wings are full airfoils. The forward wing is technically a canard, fitted with elevators, but it provides about 60% of the lift. The aft wing serves as horizontal tail, although all pitch control comes from the forward canard. Highly efficient, and of composite construction, the Quickie and Q2 are typically Rutan aircraft designs
