Listing is for Colber #108 Bubbling Water Tower
#108 Water Tower (1950), made by Colber in Irvington, NJ, is all plastic: super structure, tower, ladder, and base.  Item has light that heats glass tube containing clear liquid and will begin bubbling after heating up awhile-takes a little time.
This unit has been tested for light and bubbling functionality –

Many of these units have bowed-twisted tower or super structure because of the aging plastic type. This item’s base, super structure and tower itself are straight, shiny and in nice shape. Has Colber label.
The ladder does have some waving but is attached and intact.
There is a small faint blemish in on the upper portion of base behind ladder.
Tower hand-railing is all intact and with all its vertical supports; some bowing in places. (Refer to Photos).
OVERALL NICE CLEAN PIECE TO HAVE FOR LAYOUT
