Scooter / Motorcycle Tie Down. This is a Bar Harness that creates tie-down hooks with slip-over handlebar grips . 400 lb. rated nylon straps with 4,400 lb. rated mini ratchet buckles that allow you to quickly and easily secure your motorcycle. Hooks to the carrier through tie-down arms and to the scooter with attachment points through handlebar harness.
My bike is long gone and this was in my garage.  Had forgotten all about it.  Works great, saves wear and tear on other attachment points and give a sturdy attachment that helps eliminate the front wheel / handlebars from moving during transport.
